Undead scuba diver costume tips?
I’m a scuba diver and I want to wear my wetsuit, BCD, regulator, boots, fins and gloves this Halloween. But all my stuff is new, and I’m aiming for an undead look. I want to look like I drowned or something.
Can someone tell me how to make my hair look wet and greasy? And if there’s anything I can use to make my wetsuit look really dirty but can wash easily?

I am not too familiar with what you would be able to do, as far as what may damage your suit, but some simple things I though of would be maybe something that looks like seaweed tangled around your arms or throat. If your face is going to be exposed a lot you can use make up and pale your face and add blue around the lips and dark around your eyes to enhance the “undead” appearance. There are lots of how-to’s online you can pick up for makeup tips. For your hair, try using lots of palm-aid…or hair “grease”. As far as your suit goes….I don’t know if you could use it but I would think maybe face paint? Greens to make it look a little molded and mildewed. Maybe even rub some dirt/mud onto it, since it can be washed off? It sounds like a totally original idea. Have a great time. Happy Halloween.
