SCUBA: Regulators for under £ 250?

Hello, I am new to diving and am trying to get my first pieces of kit. I was told that a regulatory body is the first thing to look for and buy the most expensive I can afford. I recently bought a Diving Magazine and had an article entitled "Best Driver for under £ 250 '. This is ideal because it is almost what you can afford. I chose ATX40/DS4 Apeks (180 pounds) and additional Calypso Aqua Services (175.95 pounds). What you think these two regulatory agencies are looking for a beginner dive all year, about twice a month? Thank you.

I use the Apex 200 are large so my recommendation would be the '40s. However, I do not remember the price but I know that the retail store Decathalon Rules Nottingham Scubapro / octopus (R190 – Low-end, but excellent quality) and very cheap console – could also recommend if you are in the environment.
