Techniques to keep warm in cold water without a suit or dress?
I'm doing the Long Beach Polar Bear Splash morning which means run in the Atlantic Ice New York in just my swimsuit. Is there a way to keep a little warmer to do that in a bathing suit? Ex has vasaline (pair allows you to either vasaline)? Not involving all forms of clothing and the combination of technical diving or any other highly visible. Popular Answers
Acclimation! Wet your skin on the beach before plunging into the water. A place for vigorous exercise blood to all parts of your body to promote warming global. The cold water (hypothermia) to kill himself. There are tables available to signal both admissible in water at different temperatures. The movement of water cools faster sparkling water.
